Oil Use on Citrus - California Response

I think that Petro Canada is being a bit restrictive. I talked to some of my PCAs and while the vast majority of them don't go above 1500 gpa, there are occasions when some of them apply as much as 1800 gpa. I would think Petro Canada would want to broaden the label to 1800 or 2000 just to allow the growers some flexibility.
