Hello Rick:
Thank you very much for the rapid turnaround!
The small quantities suggests experimental use but could also include quarantine uses for small amounts of imported suspect produce. E.g cut-flowers . But I am surprised that landscape maintenance used only 4 lbs MeBr.
The coordinates would be useful to determine if the locations are at test sites (ARS labs, experimental fields, etc.) versus port-entry sites or fumigation sites for export.
I am sure it is possible to determine the geographic locations
From those with coordinates but is it possible to test this hypothesis?
How can one use the coordinates listed in column D? Line 175 It appears that 10M14S19E36 is a CDPR groundwater Protection Coordinates for Fresno County. I was not able to use the coordinate in Google maps. Is there another way to see/identify the location on a map?
Online Line 174, the coordinate listed in Fresno CA is "10" Does this have a special meaning? This use was only 4.5 lb MeBr and could be the ARS Parlier Lab in Fresno County
The ARS Parlier Agricultural Research Field is at 9611 S. Riverbend Avenue.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
