University of California Weed Workshop Research Conference

The University of California Weed Workshop Research Conference
will be held November 12-13, 2003 in the USDA Conference Room, 1636
East Alisal St., Salinas. The Weed
Workgroup consists of University of California personnel with
an interest in weeds. The group meets annually in the fall to discuss
research updates. The agenda
is attached, as is a list of nearby hotels.
There are three sub-groups:
- UC Cooperative Extension weed specialists or Statewide IPM advisors
- UC Academic Senate faculty or USDA scientists
- UC Cooperative Extension farm advisors
A group dinner will take place Wednesday, November 12, 2003 at
6:30 p.m. at Zeph's in Salinas. Reserverations (and whether vegetarian
meal requested) due by 5 p.m. Monday, Nov. 10, 2003.
